As the property managers of over 40 buildings, OakParkApartments.com has come across many reasons that may require us to need to access a tenant’s apartment. Repair and maintenance issues, routine inspections, showing an apartment to prospective renters/buyers and most importantly, if there is reason to believe an emergency situation exists.
It is OakParkApartments.com’s policy is to give prior notification and come to a mutually agreed upon time to access a tenant’s apartment. When an emergency situation arises access may need to be immediate.
If a mutually agreed upon time cannot be set then OakParkApartments.com, after
appropriate tenant notification, reserves the right of entry to an apartment to perform necessary repairs, needed maintenance upgrades and/or to show an apartment to potential tenants/buyers.
